Harvester is seeking a Part Time Duty Manager at Oakmere to support the General Manager in daily operations, lead the team, and ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience.

You will train and motivate staff, model excellent service, and help achieve business targets while offering flexible shifts and a welcoming work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in hospitality or retail environments.
• Strong customer service and people-management skills.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

As Part Time Duty Manager at the Oakmere - Harvester, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success.
