Oakmere - Harvester is seeking a Part Time Duty Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations. You will lead and develop the team, ensuring guests receive outstanding service and memorable experiences.

The role emphasises guest care, team leadership, and achievement of targets, with flexible shifts and a focus on maintaining high standards in a family-friendly venue.

Qualifications

• Must have management experience in a hospitality or service-led business.
• Ability to train and inspire your team to deliver great food, drink and service.
• Strong guest-focus and the drive to lead by example.
