Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc’s Harvester venue in the Talbot is seeking a Duty Manager to partner with the General Manager in running daily operations, overseeing service, and driving guest satisfaction.

You will train and lead your team, deliver consistent hospitality, and model development within the team to ensure memorable guest experiences while achieving business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in hospitality leadership.
• Strong guest service orientation and team development.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver great food, drink and service.
• Lead by example and mentor staff to grow professionally.
• Ensure guests are cared for and hosts of memorable moments.
• Aim for business targets and maintain high standards.
