Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is looking for a Part Time Duty Manager at the Chaddlewood to work with the General Manager and lead the team. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience across all areas of the business and maintaining brand standards in a busy pub environment.

You will train and mentor staff, support daily operations, and strive to hit performance targets while providing guests with memorable moments and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team.
• Experience as Duty Manager or similar leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver high-quality food, drink and service.
• Be a role model and guide development within your team.
• Ensure guests are cared for and have memorable experiences.
• Strive to meet business targets.
