Mitchells & Butlers’ Chaddlewood pub is looking for a Part Time Shift Supervisor. You’ll welcome guests, lead a small team, train staff and ensure guests have a great experience in a community pub setting.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Strong customer service and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, acting as host, serving guests and confidently leading your team.
• Be a shift leader and role model for your teams, helping with their training.
