Mitchells & Butlers PLC, owners of Two Brothers and Sizzling Pub & Grill, invites applications for a Part Time Duty Manager in the West End, London. You’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team and ensure guests enjoy an experience that keeps them coming back.

As part of UK’s beloved pub brand family, you’ll manage shifts, train and inspire your team, model excellence, and help hit business targets while delivering warmth and hospitality.

• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.

As Part Time Duty Manager at the Two Brothers, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, making sure provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
