Job summary

SIXT is seeking a friendly Fleet Service team member in Milton Keynes to be the first and last point of contact for customers. You will work outdoors in car parks, assist with returns, and help with vehicle preparation to the highest standards.

The role requires a positive, sales- and service-driven mindset, English communication, a valid driving licence (12+ months), and flexibility for shift work including weekends and holidays. A competitive salary and bonus are offered.

• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism or sales

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean and valet vehicles to high standards
• Be the first point of contact for customers, friendly and professional
• Refuel vehicles and support branch operations while representing SIXT
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections between branches
• Confirm damages with customers and obtain signatures on documents
• Deliver tailored offers and create a memorable customer experience
• Assist with rental agreements and customer inquiries with organised service

YOUR ROLE

You’ll support in preparing, cleaning, and valeting vehicles to maintain the highest standards for our customers

You are the first point of contact for our customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service

You’ll assist in refuelling vehicles, supporting efficient branch operations while representing the premium SIXT brand

You’ll manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches, ensuring timely service

You’ll confirm any damage with customers, ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager

You’ll impress with tailored offers and make every customer interaction a special experience

You’ll support in handling rental agreements and customer inquiries, organised, service-oriented and always with a smile

YOUR SKILLS
