Job summary

Glenholme Healthcare – Thimbleby Court in Horncastle is seeking a Domestic Assistant to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the home. This part-time role involves supporting the care team and ensuring residents have a clean, safe environment in which to live.

You will work 20 hours per week, including alternate weekends, at £13.00 per hour, with a broad range of benefits. A DBS check is required and you will be part of a supportive team focused on resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning bathrooms, lounges, hallways, stairs, kitchens and other communal areas to the required standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness in front and back areas of the home, as well as associated service areas.
• Supporting the care team with cleaning resident bedrooms under supervision.
• Reporting any maintenance concerns in line with procedures.
• Ensuring security and safety while holding responsibility for a set of keys.
