Job summary

Exemplar Health Care seeks a Domestic Assistant at Walton Grove care home in Oldham (M35 0AL). You will perform daily cleaning routines, dusting, mopping, polishing and vacuuming across bedrooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms and offices, using cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities include assisting with laundry and reporting faults to maintain high hygiene standards. The role offers part-time hours (20 per week) with weekend shifts, induction, training, and supportive benefits in a caring team

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning duties and maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a care home setting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily and weekly cleaning routines.
• Clean and tidy designated areas such as bedrooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms and offices.
• Dust, mop, polish and vacuum; use cleaning equipment as required.
• Assist with laundry duties and report any faults or hazards.
