Job summary

Exemplar Health Care Pathways in Sutton-in-Ashfield is seeking a part-time Domestic Assistant to keep the home clean and welcoming for residents and staff. You will carry out daily and weekly cleaning routines across bedrooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms and offices, using cleaning equipment as needed.

The role includes light laundry support and reporting any breaksages or hazards. A supportive team environment with induction and ongoing training is provided.

• Relevant experience is not essential, but a willingness to learn is valued.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all daily and weekly cleaning routines and ad-hoc duties as required.
• Clean designated areas: bedrooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, offices and corridors.
• Dust, mop, polish and vacuum using appropriate equipment.
• Assist with washing and drying laundry as required.
• Report breakages, damage, defects and hazards promptly.
• Help build trust and promote choice, dignity and independence for residents.
