Simmons Bakers in Berkhamsted is hiring a Part Time Deputy Manager to support daily operations and lead a retail/catering team.

You will organise, train and motivate staff to deliver friendly service, manage shifts and maintain standards across our busy site, while promoting customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualifications
