Ocado Logistics is seeking a part-time Customer Service Team Member to deliver quality goods and provide a friendly, reliable service to customers during every delivery. You will join a team that uses automated route planning and supports flexible shifts.

The role is 3 x 8-hour shifts per week with paid breaks. A full UK driving licence with 12 months’ experience is required, max 6 points and no disqualifications in 5 years, and you must be 18+ for alcohol deliveries.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Full UK/EU driving licence with minimum 12 months driving experience.
• Maximum 6 penalty points and no disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Must be over 18 due to alcohol deliveries.

Responsabilités

• Deliver quality goods on time as part of Ocado Logistics team.
• Interact with customers while delivering and provide a high level of service.
• Work 3 x 8-hour shifts per week including paid breaks.
