Job summary

Ocado Logistics is seeking a friendly Customer Service Team Member with driving duties in Fleet. You will deliver orders with pre-planned routes, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries while maintaining a high level of service.

The role is part-time, 24 hours per week across any 3 days, with 8-hour shifts (AM/PM). You’ll enjoy paid breaks, a competitive package, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills for customer-facing role.
• Full UK or EU driving licence with 12 months driving experience.
• No more than 6 penalty points in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top quality products on time to customers.
• Pre-planned routes and vehicles managed by internal system.
• Work 3 days a week on 8-hour shifts, including paid breaks.
