Job summary

Ocado Logistics is hiring Customer Service Team Members for a part-time delivery role, working 24 hours per week across three 8-hour shifts. Shifts start as early as 05:30 and can finish near midnight, with automated route planning to aid efficiency.

No prior experience is required; full training is provided. A UK or EU driving licence (and up to 6 penalty points) is required, with at least 12 months driving experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid UK or EU driving licence.
• Basic driving record checks and road safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods on time as part of Ocado Logistics team.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner on delivery routes.
