Job summary

Ocado Logistics is hiring a part-time Customer Service Team Member who will also perform front-line delivery duties. You will work 3 x 8-hour shifts per week, with AM or PM slots, starting as early as 05:30 and finishing by midnight.

Training is provided, breaks are paid, and you will use automated routing tools to pre-plan routes. No previous experience is required; a valid UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points and being over 18 are required due to handling of some alcohol deliveries.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; will receive training.
• UK driving licence required with up to 6 penalty points.
• Must be over 18 due to alcohol deliveries.
• Permanent, part-time contract; 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods as part of Ocado Logistics team, on a part-time shift schedule (3 x 8-hour shifts per week).
• Use pre-planned routes via automation; follow rota up to 13 weeks in advance.
• All breaks are paid; shifts include AM/PM with early start around 05:30 and late finish before/at 00:00.
