Job summary

Ocado Logistics is hiring a Customer Service Team Member for part-time, on-site driving duties in the United Kingdom. You will deliver quality goods on time, pre-plan routes with our system, and stay customer-facing throughout your shift.

You don’t need prior experience; training is provided. A full UK/EU licence, 12 months driving experience, and up to 6 penalty points are required. You must be 18+ for alcohol deliveries and communicate well with customers.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
• Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.
• As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top quality products on time to customers.
• Work 3 x 8-hour shifts per week on a rotating schedule.
• Pre-plan routes using Ocado Logistics technology and pre-load your van.
• Maintain a safe and friendly customer-facing presence while on duty.
• Participate in training and uphold a Disability Confident employer standard.
