Job summary

Ocado Logistics is hiring Customer Service Team Members for part-time shifts. You will be out on the road delivering quality goods on time while interacting with customers and using automated tools to pre-plan routes and pre-load your van.

The role is based in the UK with a part-time schedule of 3x8-hour shifts per week, paid with premiums to an average of £14.12 per hour. Training and a supportive, inclusive workplace are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
• Must be over 18 due to handling alcohol products
• Good communication skills essential for a customer facing role

Responsibilities

• Deliver top quality products on time as part of the Customer Service Team.
• Work 3 x 8-hour shifts per week with shifts on different days.
• Out on the road in all weather; pre-plan routes and pre-load your van using automated tech.
