Job summary

The Co-operative Group is hiring a Customer Team Member in Billericay. This part-time role is 14 hours per week with regular overtime, on a permanent contract. Shifts include 7am-1pm or 3pm-10pm, including weekends. Full training is provided and you will help keep shelves stocked and assist customers in-store.

You’ll promote Co-op memberships, support community initiatives, and work as part of a team to ensure a smooth store operation and a great shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers.

• Operate tills and contribute to daily store operations.
