Job summary

Selwood Housing Society Limited is seeking a part-time Customer Support Adviser in Trowbridge to deliver excellent customer service across multiple channels. You will be the first point of contact, help coordinate repairs, welcome visitors at reception, and guide customers to the right solutions with a focus on first-contact resolution.

Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll handle inquiries, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and demonstrate a proactive, customer‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• Able to deliver excellent customer service across multiple channels.
• Strong communication skills with a clear telephone manner.
• Experience handling enquiries and resolving issues at first contact where possible.
• Experience maintaining accurate customer records in a CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and in person.
