Selwood Housing in Trowbridge is seeking a part-time Customer Support Advisor who will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a range of enquiries, arranging repairs and welcoming visitors at reception.

You'll join a busy, supportive team, use CRM systems to maintain records, and strive for first-contact resolution while delivering an excellent customer experience across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Good literacy and numeracy (Grade 4/C in English and Maths)
• Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
• Experience delivering excellent service in a customer-focused environment
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and helping customers
• Commitment to creating an inclusive environment with fairness and respect
