We're looking for a Customer Support Adviser who is passionate about helping customers and making every interaction count. From the moment a customer reaches out, you'll be there to listen, support and guide them towards the right solution.
As a part-time Customer Support Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and solutions across a wide range of enquiries. From arranging repairs and answering questions to welcoming visitors at reception, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience.
Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you'll support customers through a variety of channels, take ownership of enquiries and strive to achieve first-contact resolution wherever possible. This is a varied role that's perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and making a positive difference every day.
