9 -2 -3 Jobs Limited in Oxfordshire is seeking a part-time Customer Service & Procurement Executive to own quoting, procurement, and renewals workflows. This role blends administrative precision with commercial insight in a growing IT services consultancy based in Cumnor.

You will manage quote requests, build quotes using supplier portals and Excel, liaise with clients and suppliers by phone and email, and monitor renewal cycles.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Mathematics.
• Practical experience in quoting, order processing, procurement, or commercial customer support is desirable.
• Familiarity with distributor/supplier portals or exposure to IT services, MSPs, or consultancy environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Quote Request & Workflow Management: Own and monitor the incoming quote inbox, logging, acknowledging, and actioning requests within 24 hours.
• Quote Creation & Technical Sign-off: Build accurate hardware, software, and licensing quotes using supplier portals and Excel.
• Proactive Client Communication: Keep clients informed across all stages via phone, email, and Teams, following up on open quotes and queries.
• Supplier & Order Handling: Place, track, and manage orders from confirmation to delivery while nurturing supplier relationships.
• Renewals & Account Nurturing: Monitor licensing/hardware renewal cycles and conduct regular account health calls.
• Reporting & Pipeline Visibility: Record won/lost outcomes and maintain daily pipeline updates.
