Job summary

Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member for our Brighouse store. The role is part-time (14 hours per week) with regular overtime, requiring mid-afternoon to late-evening shifts and at least one weekend shift. Full, paid training is provided.

You'll work on the shop floor and tills, help stock shelves, promote Co-op membership, and support day-to-day store operations to create a friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Able to work flexibly across shifts and weekends.
• Interest in retail and busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Support daily store operations and teamwork to keep the store running smoothly.
• Assist with stocking shelves, price checks, and stock accuracy.
