Job summary

Travail Employment Group is supporting a long-standing specialist manufacturer in Bristol to recruit a part-time Credit Controller. You will manage customer ledgers, monitor overdue invoices and assist with setting up and maintaining customer accounts.

The ideal candidate will have Opera experience and be proficient in MS Office, with the ability to produce weekly and monthly reports. The role offers pro-rata salary, 2/3 days per week, and Bristol based working in a modern office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or similar role.
• Familiarity with Opera accounting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a ledger of customer accounts.
• Monitor overdue invoices and review due dates.
• Review aged debt reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
