Job summary

Candidate must hold Virginia RN licensure, BLS certification, and be able to provide coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Possess valid unrestricted Virginia RN license.
• BLS certification through AHA or ARC required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process in adult institutions.
• Document all pertinent information into the health record and coordinate with other departments.
• Possess the ability to delegate tasks/workload and adjust coverage as assigned.
• Support evidence-based nursing care and maintain competence through ongoing education and certification.
