Job summary

KRG Holdings Ltd in Thame, Oxfordshire, is seeking a Compliance Manager on a part-time basis (24 hours per week). You will own the company's quality, environmental, social responsibility and compliance systems, driving continuous improvement and ensuring regulatory alignment.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, auditing, NCRs, and sustainability reporting, with a practical approach in a manufacturing/print setting. Salary £18k, DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience in a quality, compliance or management-systems role.
• Audits, corrective actions and non-conformances experience.
• Strong IT skills, especially Excel.
• Practical hands-on approach in a regulated environment.
• Manufacturing/print industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMETA, B Corp and Positive Luxury requirements.
• Maintain compliance calendars, registers, policies, procedures and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, act as the main point of contact for auditors and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Monitor changes to relevant legislation, standards and accreditation requirements.
• Manage the NCR process, including investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and trend reporting.
• Coordinate Quality Control administration, documentation and quality checks.
• Monitor quality data and identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain environmental records and support sustainability reporting, B Corp and Positive Luxury requirements.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and minimise environmental impact.
• Organise monthly Fire Marshall meetings and oversee actions.
• Coordinate Apprenticeship Programme and monitor progress.
