Job summary

With You is seeking a Community Link Worker in Dunoon on a part-time basis. The role involves in-person GP practice appointments, home visits, and remote contacts, with travel across Dunoon and Cowal. The post is 15 hours per week with fixed days (Tue-Thu).

Qualifications

• Experience with people in complex social and emotional circumstances including mental health difficulties.
• Ability to work in a structured service, following a service model and collecting impact data.
• Strong 1:1 interpersonal skills and the ability to use recognised therapeutic techniques.
• Understanding of poverty and health inequalities in rural communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 appointments in GP practices and community venues, plus home visits.
• Coordinate with local and national services to connect clients to support.
