Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness across two London communities, Chapter Portobello and Chapter White City. The role covers reception, offices, common areas and amenity spaces, with shifts of five hours per day across Fri/Sat at White City and Sun/Mon at Portobello.

You will work as part of the Community team, delivering high standards of cleanliness, responding to resident queries, and keeping facilities well stocked and safe while adhering to COSHH and UK

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English to understand product safety labels and procedures.
• Knowledge of UK health and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a friendly team to ensure high cleanliness throughout the community.
• Respond to resident queries and signpost to the right contact.
• Clean reception, offices, common spaces and restrooms.
• Perform daily litter pick and maintain market-ready spaces.
• Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and request re-orders as needed.
