Responsibilities

• Ensure the café provides a high level of customer satisfaction through service.
• Manage volunteers to ensure the café is staffed with trained personnel and inclusive for adults with additional needs.
• Prepare suppers and evening meals with an innovative approach while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Stock management, rotation and wastage control.
