Job summary

Arun and Chichester Citizens Advice is seeking a part-time Community Adviser to support clients across Arun and Chichester. Based in community locations such as foodbanks, pantries, community fridges, warm hubs and our advice centres, you will engage clients in income maximisation, including benefit checks, budgeting and debt management, while also covering housing and employment topics.

• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Good numeracy to compile accurate financial statements and calculate benefits.
• Effective oral and written communication for negotiation and reporting.
