Job summary

eTeach UK Limited is seeking a Communication Support Assistant to work with D/deaf students at Hazelwick School in Crawley. This part-time, permanent role offers up to 18 hours 15 minutes per week, typically 8.20am to 3pm, term time only.

Starting salary is £11,272 per annum, included Crawley Market Supplement. You will support students in lessons, 1:1 and small group sessions; literacy and numeracy are important; BSL training may be provided; DBS enhanced check; willingness to train to level 2

Qualifications

• Good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
• Classroom experience or experience of working with young D/deaf people is an advantage.
• Willingness to undertake BSL training and DBS checks.
