Job summary

South Thames Colleges Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support learners across Kingston College and Carshalton College. You will conduct holistic assessments and deliver person-centred interventions to enable independence and functional skills across the curriculum.

The role is permanent and part-time (0.6 FTE, 21.6 hours per week). You should be HPC registered, with experience with learners with Learning Disabilities, Autism and sensory processing differences, and be able to plan

Qualifications

• HPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience assessing learners with Learning Disabilities, Autism and sensory processing differences.
• Experience writing reports and support plans for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support learners to meet functional skills across the curriculum.
• Support social integration and emotional wellbeing of students.
• Maintain clear clinical records and contribute to funding reports.
• Manage own caseload and work to deadlines.
