Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods (apetito group) is recruiting a part-time delivery driver. You will deliver frozen meals in a 16-hour weekly pattern across 2 of 6 days, including bank holidays, in a chilled environment at -20ºC. A friendly, customer-focused approach and reliable attendance are essential.

Role involves using a mobile app to update deliveries, performing basic safety checks, and providing excellent service to customers at their doors.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Full UK manual driving licence is required.
• Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Pick orders within the coldstore as needed.
• Update deliveries using the app and maintain customer service.
• Undertake pre-shift vehicle checks and drive safely.
• Assist the office and picking teams when required.
• Support local marketing activities to attract new customers.
