Job summary

Simplyhealth in Andover is seeking a Part-time Client Training Executive to deliver a high-quality training experience for clients, trainers and the wider business. You will manage trainer diaries, bookings, travel and resources, ensuring events run smoothly with a strong focus on accuracy and service.

You’ll be the main contact for training enquiries, support CPD compliance, help develop online learning, and collaborate with marketing to keep training materials engaging and on brand.

Qualifications

• Organised and structured approach to handling multiple tasks.
• Customer-centric with strong communication skills (phone and email).
• Experience coordinating events/training with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage trainer diaries, bookings, travel, accommodation and resources for events.
• Act as a key contact for internal and external clients via phone and email.
• Coordinate training requests, bookings and invoicing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Produce reports and management information for Heads of Events and Training.
• Support CPD compliance and accreditation requirements, including audits.
• Help develop online learning and collaborate on marketing content.
