Job summary

Squared is seeking a Cleaning Operative in Luton for a part-time permanent role within our Property Services team. You will clean all areas of our buildings using approved equipment and products, with no weekends or evenings, and adhere to Health & Safety guidelines.

The position offers a Monday–Thursday 09:00–17:00 and Friday 09:00–16:30 schedule, with 28 days leave and additional staff benefits. Join a not-for-profit housing association delivering community support across Luton and South

Qualifications

• COSHH knowledge and safe chemical handling.
• Previous cleaning experience.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of our buildings using appropriate appliances and products.
• Maintain cleaning products and ensure they are available.
• Provide efficient cleaning support and maintain security and appearance of buildings.
• Empty waste bins and transport waste to recycling plants.
• Wash walls and interior windows to body height.
• Work additional hours if needed.
• Follow Squared’s Health & Safety policies at all times.
• Ensure cleaning complies with Health & Safety regulations.
