Job summary

Squared is hiring Cleaning Operatives in Luton to join our team. We offer flexible hours, a company vehicle where needed, and full training to help you deliver clean, safe and welcoming spaces for our customers across Luton and the surrounding area.

Whether you are an experienced cleaner or starting a new career, you’ll work with a supportive team, receive ongoing development, and enjoy 28 days leave and PPE provided.

At Squared, we're looking for reliable, hardworking Cleaning Operatives to help us maintain clean, safe and welcoming homes and communal spaces for our customers across Luton and the surrounding area.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cleaning communal areas, offices, hostels, and residential properties
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
• Working safely and using equipment and cleaning products correctly
• Reporting maintenance or health and safety concerns when identified
• Providing a friendly and professional service to customers and colleagues

What We're Looking For

We're interested in hearing from people who:

• Take pride in their work and have a keen eye for detail
• Are reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethicCan work flexible shifts to meet service requirements
• Hold a driving licence (desirable but not essential)

Drivers will be provided with a company vehicle for work purposes.
