National Trust is seeking a General Cleaner at Hardwick to keep the historic site in excellent condition for visitors. You’ll work 10 hours per week, typically over two days, with shifts spread across mornings and afternoons.

This fixed term contract runs until 28 February 2027. The role involves day‑to‑day cleaning, presentation of buildings and outdoor spaces, and delivering high standards of service to the public.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and presenting National Trust buildings and outdoor spaces.
• Duties such as cleaning, sweeping and litter-picking, inside and outdoors.
• Maintain high standards of customer service across all areas.
