Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a Cleaner to deliver a full range of cleaning tasks and maintain clean, safe and pleasant communal environments for residents in Leeds. The role is part-time, 15 hours per week with potential for an additional 3-hour weekend shift.

We value dependability, self-motivation and the ability to work independently while delivering a high standard of service across communal areas in our housing management services. Training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• Ability to follow laid down schedules and routines.
• Demonstrates reliability and flexibility in a part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal internal and external areas (hallways, staircases, window sills, courtyards, paths, carparks, bin stores) as per the contract.
• Vacuum, dust, litter pick, sweep and mop; clean windows within reach.
• Record presence using sign-in sheets and online systems.
• Keep stores and equipment secure in line with health and safety requirements.
