Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a reliable cleaner to join our Homes Division, delivering cleaning across communal areas and supporting a safe, pleasant environment for residents. You will operate on-site and work as part of a customer-facing service delivery team, following health and safety guidelines and our standards.

The role is part-time (15 hours per week, Mon-Fri) with potential weekend shifts. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently, taking pride in

Responsibilities

• Clean communal internal and external areas (hallways, staircases, window sills).
• Vacuum, dust, sweep/mop hard surfaces and clean windows within reach.
• Record attendance using sign-in sheets and online system.
• Keep stores and equipment secure and clean per health and safety requirements.
• Report repairs/maintenance in communal areas to Management.
• Follow Toolbox Talks and COSHH training.

Pinnacle Group are looking for a Cleaner who will be responsible for delivering a full range of cleaning tasks, ensuring the service is continually improved, and the specification is met. Interacting with the public as part of the wider customer facing service delivery team on site. Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities. The ideal candidate will be dependable, self‑motivated and able to work independently, taking pride in creating clean, safe and pleasant communal environments for our residents.

This is a part‑time role to work 15 hours a week, Monday‑Friday. This role may also include an additional 3 hour shift on weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as hallways, staircases and window sills, as per the required Contract specification.
• Vacuuming, dusting, litter picking all sites, sweeping and mopping hard surfaces and cleaning windows within easy reach.
• Recording presence using the sign in sheets as well as our online system.
• Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
• Reporting required repairs / maintenance in communal areas to Management.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to the Toolbox Talks and COSHH training (training given).

Key requirements

• Be able to work as a team player, whilst also being able to work independently.
• Good communication skills, written and oral.
• Good timekeeping and attendance are important.
• Ability to work to laid down schedules.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
