Job description

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Relief Residential Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Pinnacle Workplace Cleaning Team based at the University of Leeds.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering, and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education, and office environments.

Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for the students in their halls of residents or shared houses both on and off‑campus sites.

You will be reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. If you take pride in your work and have a passion for creating clean, safe spaces, we encourage you to apply.

Part‑time Relief role – requiring cleaning experience and available to work up to 20/25hrs per week Monday to Friday from 9am – 1/3pm with an immediate start. Weekly pay offered.

Key Responsibilities

• Damp mopping, dusting, washing surfaces, sweeping, and vacuuming
• Cleaning toilets and washrooms
• Cleaning kitchens and dining areas
• Cleaning windows within easy reach
• Cleaning in communal living areas (stairs & landings)

Key Requirements

• Good timekeeping and attendance are essential
• Knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety
• Experience working as a cleaner before
• Evidence of honesty and reliability, and always maintain a sense of pride in professionalism in delivering excellent customer service
