Job summary

Pinnacle Group in Manchester is seeking a dedicated Cleaner for communal areas across our housing sites in Longsight. You will join the Cleaning Team delivering consistent cleanliness and a welcoming environment for residents.

You will sweep, mop, dust, manage waste and assist with basic maintenance such as replacing bulbs. This 20-hour-per-week role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–12pm, and offers a supportive, values-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
• Experience using cleaning machinery.
• Strong communication skills to speak with residents.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths and other contract areas.
• Removing dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other areas.
• Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
• Sweeping hard surfaces and litter picking.
• Cleaning windows within easy reach.
