Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. The role is based at a housing site in Northolt and involves general cleaning duties to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

Hours are 8am to 1pm or 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. This is a temporary assignment from 2 September to 11 September. Prior cleaning experience and ability to work with residents are preferred. Flexible working arrangements and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
• Experience using cleaning machinery.
• Strong communication skills to speak with residents.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal internal and external areas (lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass) as per contract spec.
• Remove dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers.
• Check communal lighting and replace blown bulbs.
• Sweep hard surfaces and pick litter from soft surfaces.
• Clean windows within easy reach.
