Job summary

Novus, the prison education provider and part of the LTE Group, seeks a CIAG Advisor at HMP Five Wells in Wellingborough. This permanent part-time post is 14.8 hours a week. Applicants should hold Level 4 IAG, Level 2 English/Maths, and a CIAG qualification, with experience in careers guidance and supporting learners.

We offer LGPS pension, 35 days leave pro-rata, wellbeing time, and benefits. DBS checks apply as part of safeguarding commitments.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Information, Advice and Guidance qualification (or working towards within 12 months).
• Level 2 English and Maths qualification.
• CIAG Qualification.
• Experience delivering careers guidance and using guidance tools.
• Experience motivating disadvantaged individuals to set and achieve goals.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to support learners.
