As a part-time bank chef you will assist the Head Chef, manage stock and audits, and help create a warm, welcoming dining environment while working within budget and HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Personable and warm approach focused on resident wellbeing.
• Hold City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent.
• Experience in leading and inspiring a team.

Responsibilities

• Help manage the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
• Work fresh produce to deliver high quality and wholesome dishes cooked at the highest quality and standards.
• Help create a warm, efficient and fun environment.
