Job summary

Browns Exeter, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is hiring a Part Time Chef De Partie. You will run a kitchen section, train teammates, and uphold brand standards to deliver classically British dishes with pride.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role.
• Ability to mentor kitchen staff and maintain high standards.
• Passion for delivering great food and service.

• Run a section and manage prep before service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
