Mitchells & Butlers, as Browns Brasserie and Bar in London, invites a Chef de Partie to join the team at Browns West India Quay. You will lead a kitchen section, train colleagues, and ensure every dish meets brand standards with pride and passion.

This role focuses on delivering classically British cuisine, guiding line cooks, and upholding safety and cleanliness while supporting guests’ memorable experiences in a bustling Brasserie and Bar setting.

• Be a champion of brand standards with the ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
• Run a section.
• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
