Job summary

Browns Glasgow, part of Mitchells & Butler, is seeking a Chef de Partie with a passion for great food and training others. You will lead a kitchen section, mentor team members and work to ensure brand standards are met.

Join Browns Brasserie and Bar for classically British dishes, brunches, and celebrations. We offer progression opportunities and a supportive team in a busy Glasgow kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast paced kitchen.
• Ability to mentor and supervise junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and food hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Run a section and ensure team coordination.
• Prepare mise en place and pre-service readiness.
• Cook to spec and ensure menu knowledge is accurate.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout service.
