Mitchells & Butlers PLC at Ego - Little Stanney is seeking a Part Time Chef De Partie to lead a kitchen section and train staff, ensuring dishes meet brand standards and are served on time.

You will work within a premium pub/restaurant group, enjoying flexible shifts and opportunities for progression, plus staff discounts across brands and access to Wagestream to manage finances.

• Passion for delivering great food.
• Ability to mentor kitchen staff.
• Experience running a kitchen section.
