Job summary

The Branch Trust is a charity based in Chipping Norton seeking a part-time Charity Administrator to support governance, HR operations and the organisation's systems. Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience supporting governance, HR operations or administration.
• Good understanding of data management and confidentiality.
• Experience with CRM or data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Governance support and compliance with Charity Commission requirements.
• Oversee IT, HR and legal administrative processes and internal systems.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and volunteer/staff management.
• Maintain staff and trustee records and prepare HR documentation.
• Produce data reports and manage data privacy in line with GDPR.
