Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Chief Executive to lead the UK's leading professional membership organisation for family and systemic psychotherapists and practitioners. Home-based with monthly travel to Warrington, Cheshire; 3 days per week.

You will work with the Chair and Board to set direction, strengthen relationships with members and partners, and amplify the voice of the profession while exploring new income opportunities to ensure a thriving community.

• Senior leadership experience in a non-profit or professional body.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into action.
• Strong financial and organisational judgement.
• Relational leadership: inclusive, collaborative and listening oriented.
• Capacity to work with a Board and senior volunteers.
